Roughly 97 km, about 1 h 35 min on the road. A private car, your name on a sign, and a price that is fixed before you fly.
From Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB) to Çeşme it is roughly 97 km, about 1 h 35 min by car. With Trinktaxi the cheapest car is the Economy for up to 3 travellers, from €65 one way; the VIP Sprinter takes up to 16 travellers for €100. You pay the driver the price you booked.
One price per car, however many seats you fill. A return is charged per direction.

Going back from Çeşme to Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport costs the same and takes about 1 h 35 min. Leave at least 3 h 45 min before a domestic flight and 4 h 45 min before an international one. Book it together with your arrival – the cheapest round trip is €130.
Trinktaxi charges per car, so sharing it lowers the cost per person. The figures below assume every seat is used.

Çeşme is a popular holiday district at the tip of the peninsula, at İzmir's far western end. The Ottoman-era Çeşme Castle, the caravanserai and the streets around the harbour form the town's historic core. It is known for its clear, cool sea, beaches such as Altınkum and Pırlanta, a large marina and a lively summer season. Ferries also run from Çeşme Port to the Greek island of Chios.
If you are crossing to Chios, please note the ferry port and departure time in your booking; if you are joining a boat at the marina, add the marina name and the yacht or berth details. Hotels and holiday homes are spread across the peninsula, so the exact name and address of your accommodation matter too.
From the airport the route skirts İzmir on the ring road and then follows the motorway west along the peninsula, passing the Urla and Alaçatı exits before reaching Ilıca and Çeşme itself. For most of the year it is an easy, open drive with sea views towards the end.
Summer weekends are the exception. In June, July and August many İzmir families head to their holiday homes on Friday evening or Saturday morning and drive back on Sunday afternoon and evening, so the motorway fills up in one direction and then the other. Longer public holidays (bayram) bring similar queues. Much of the peninsula's accommodation is in gated holiday-home estates, known locally as sites, around Ilıca, Boyalık and Dalyan, where the driver may need to check in at the gate; the estate name and block number save time. If you fly home on a summer Sunday evening, choose an earlier pickup than you would on a weekday.

Short answers about the ride from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to Çeşme.
Plan around 1 h 35 min for the roughly 97 km drive. Rush hour can add minutes, but it never adds euros – the price is set when you book.
You pay per car, not per traveller. One way: Economy €65 (3 passengers), First Class €75 (6 passengers), VIP Sprinter €100 (16 passengers). Tolls, taxes and the name-sign pickup are already inside the price.
It is a taxi you book ahead: a private car just for your group, from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport to your door in Çeşme. There is no meter – the price, from €65 per car, is fixed when you book, and luggage or traffic never adds to it.
For Çeşme the biggest option is the VIP Sprinter: up to 16 travellers for €100 one way. The booking form only offers cars that fit your group.
Of course. Tick "Add return" and enter the date and time. The way back costs the same; the cheapest round trip is €130.
