Roughly 40 km, about 40 min on the road. A private car, your name on a sign, and a price that is fixed before you fly.
From Dalaman Airport (DLM) to Fethiye it is roughly 40 km, about 40 min by car. With Trinktaxi the cheapest car is the Economy for up to 3 travellers, from €45 one way; the VIP Sprinter takes up to 16 travellers for €75. You pay the driver the price you booked.
One price per car, however many seats you fill. A return is charged per direction.

Going back from Fethiye to Dalaman Airport costs the same and takes about 40 min. Leave at least 2 h 45 min before a domestic flight and 3 h 45 min before an international one. Book it together with your arrival – the cheapest round trip is €90.
Trinktaxi charges per car, so sharing it lowers the cost per person. The figures below assume every seat is used.
| Car | Seats | Per person, one way | Per person, round trip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy | 3 | €15 | €30 |
| First Class | 6 | €8.33 | €16.67 |
| VIP Sprinter | 16 | €4.69 | €9.38 |
Best value for a full group: the VIP Sprinter, about €4.69 per person one way.
Fethiye is the largest town in the area, built on the site of ancient Telmessos around a natural harbour. The Tomb of Amyntas, carved into the cliff above town, is a landmark visible from afar. The fish market, the old Paspatur bazaar and the Twelve Islands boat tours from the harbour set the town's daily rhythm. The abandoned stone village of Kayaköy, Saklıkent Gorge and trailheads of the Lycian Way are all within easy reach.
Because Fethiye covers a wide area, apartment complexes with similar names can be found in different neighbourhoods. Please enter the name of your accommodation together with its neighbourhood, such as the town centre or the harbour area, to avoid confusion. Adding your flight number allows your driver to track your flight.
This is one of the shorter transfers from Dalaman. The road runs east through farmland and pine-covered hills, bypasses Göcek through a tunnel and then follows the gulf into Fethiye, with the islands of the bay coming into view on the way.
Outside town, traffic is rarely an issue. In the centre it is heaviest on Tuesdays, when the big weekly market sets up beside the canal and the surrounding streets fill with cars and dolmuş minibuses. Summer weekends are the main changeover days for package holidays, so Dalaman's terminal can be crowded even when the road itself is clear. On arrival, hotels in Karagözler sit on the slope above the marina, reached by narrow, steep lanes. Along Çalış Beach the seafront promenade is largely car-free, so you may be dropped on the road just behind it. If you are staying higher up in Hisarönü or Ovacık, expect an extra winding climb out of town.

Short answers about the ride from Dalaman Airport to Fethiye.
Plan around 40 min for the roughly 40 km drive. Rush hour can add minutes, but it never adds euros – the price is set when you book.
You pay per car, not per traveller. One way: Economy €45 (3 passengers), First Class €50 (6 passengers), VIP Sprinter €75 (16 passengers). Tolls, taxes and the name-sign pickup are already inside the price.
