Roughly 41 km, about 40 min on the road. A private car, your name on a sign, and a price that is fixed before you fly.
From Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) to Bodrum Centre it is roughly 41 km, about 40 min by car. With Trinktaxi the cheapest car is the Economy for up to 3 travellers, from €45 one way; the VIP Sprinter takes up to 16 travellers for €75. You pay the driver the price you booked.
One price per car, however many seats you fill. A return is charged per direction.

Going back from Bodrum Centre to Milas-Bodrum Airport costs the same and takes about 40 min. Leave at least 2 h 45 min before a domestic flight and 3 h 45 min before an international one. Book it together with your arrival – the cheapest round trip is €90.
Trinktaxi charges per car, so sharing it lowers the cost per person. The figures below assume every seat is used.
| Car | Seats | Per person, one way | Per person, round trip |
|---|---|---|---|
| Economy | 3 | €15 | €30 |
| First Class | 6 | €8.33 | €16.67 |
| VIP Sprinter | 16 | €4.69 | €9.38 |
Best value for a full group: the VIP Sprinter, about €4.69 per person one way.
Bodrum Centre sits on the southern shore of the peninsula, built around Bodrum Castle, which rises between two bays. The castle, built by the Knights Hospitaller, now houses the Museum of Underwater Archaeology. The remains of ancient Halicarnassus are also here, including the site of the Mausoleum, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and the ancient theatre above the town. Whitewashed houses, the marina, Bar Street and a long line of waterfront restaurants give the centre its lively character.
Some streets in the centre are narrow, one-way or pedestrianised, so the vehicle may not reach every hotel door; in that case your driver drops you at the closest accessible point. Adding the street name next to your hotel name in the booking helps set the right drop-off spot. If you are joining a boat or gulet trip, note that you would like to be dropped at the marina.
Leaving Milas-Bodrum Airport, you head south-west on the main road to the peninsula, passing Güvercinlik on its bay and the turn-off for Torba before the road descends towards Bodrum. The approach into town, around Konacık, is where things slow down: in July and August, late afternoons and evenings bring steady queues of cars, rental scooters and minibuses, and summer Fridays add the weekend crowd arriving from the big cities.
Inside the centre, space is tight. Cumhuriyet Caddesi, better known as Bar Street, is pedestrian, the waterfront road along the marina is one-way, and drivers cannot pull in freely by the harbour, so your drop-off may be at a nearby junction rather than the door. In high season, the lanes around the castle stay crowded well after midnight, which can slow a late arrival. For the return trip, early-morning pickups tend to be the smoothest; a mid-afternoon departure in summer deserves a more generous margin.

Short answers about the ride from Milas-Bodrum Airport to Bodrum Centre.
Plan around 40 min for the roughly 41 km drive. Rush hour can add minutes, but it never adds euros – the price is set when you book.
You pay per car, not per traveller. One way: Economy €45 (3 passengers), First Class €50 (6 passengers), VIP Sprinter €75 (16 passengers). Tolls, taxes and the name-sign pickup are already inside the price.
It is a taxi you book ahead: a private car just for your group, from Milas-Bodrum Airport to your door in Bodrum Centre. There is no meter – the price, from €45 per car, is fixed when you book, and luggage or traffic never adds to it.
For Bodrum Centre the biggest option is the VIP Sprinter: up to 16 travellers for €75 one way. The booking form only offers cars that fit your group.
Of course. Tick "Add return" and enter the date and time. The way back costs the same; the cheapest round trip is €90.
