Roughly 148 km, about 2 h 30 min on the road. A private car, your name on a sign, and a price that is fixed before you fly.
From Antalya Airport (AYT) to Alanya it is roughly 148 km, about 2 h 30 min by car. With Trinktaxi the cheapest car is the Economy for up to 3 travellers, from €80 one way; the VIP Sprinter takes up to 16 travellers for €120. You pay the driver the price you booked.
One price per car, however many seats you fill. A return is charged per direction.

Going back from Alanya to Antalya Airport costs the same and takes about 2 h 30 min. Leave at least 4 h 30 min before a domestic flight and 5 h 30 min before an international one. Book it together with your arrival – the cheapest round trip is €160.
Trinktaxi charges per car, so sharing it lowers the cost per person. The figures below assume every seat is used.

Alanya is a large coastal town east of Antalya, built around a rocky peninsula that juts out into the sea. Its landmarks are Alanya Castle on the peninsula's summit, the Seljuk-era Red Tower (Kızıl Kule) by the harbour and the historic shipyard. Cleopatra Beach to the west of the castle, Keykubat Beach to the east, Damlataş Cave and the boat trips leaving from the harbour make Alanya a versatile base for both history and beach holidays.
Alanya stretches along a wide coastline from Konaklı in the west to Kestel and Mahmutlar in the east, and hotels with similar names can be in different districts. Adding the district next to your hotel name when booking helps your driver find the right address. Since it is a longer coastal drive, entering your flight number allows the pick-up to be adjusted if your flight is delayed.
Allow for a long, steady drive along the coast. From Antalya Airport the road heads east past Serik and through Manavgat, then continues via Avsallar and Konaklı until the castle headland finally rises ahead of you.
The coastal highway is a dual carriageway, but it has traffic lights and junctions at most towns, so the pace keeps changing; town traffic in Manavgat is often the slowest part. In July and August, and on the weekend changeover days of package holidays, hotel coaches and shuttles crowd the route in both directions. Hotels on the castle hill are reached by a winding road with tight bends and very little room to stop, while the centre around the harbour and Keykubat Beach has one-way streets that can mean a short loop to reach your entrance. Mahmutlar and Kestel lie further east and add to the journey. For the return, an early pickup is normal on this route; if you are unsure, your hotel reception knows the usual timing.

Short answers about the ride from Antalya Airport to Alanya.
Plan around 2 h 30 min for the roughly 148 km drive. Rush hour can add minutes, but it never adds euros – the price is set when you book.
You pay per car, not per traveller. One way: Economy €80 (3 passengers), First Class €85 (6 passengers), VIP Sprinter €120 (16 passengers). Tolls, taxes and the name-sign pickup are already inside the price.
It is a taxi you book ahead: a private car just for your group, from Antalya Airport to your door in Alanya. There is no meter – the price, from €80 per car, is fixed when you book, and luggage or traffic never adds to it.
For Alanya the biggest option is the VIP Sprinter: up to 16 travellers for €120 one way. The booking form only offers cars that fit your group.
Of course. Tick "Add return" and enter the date and time. The way back costs the same; the cheapest round trip is €160.
