Gündoğan is a quiet bay on the northern coast of the Bodrum peninsula, between Yalıkavak and Göltürkbükü. Its deep, sheltered bay, small fishing shelter and wooden piers along the shore appeal mainly to those looking for a peaceful holiday. Rather than large resorts, the area is made up of summer houses, holiday complexes and small boutique hotels. The houses spread across the slopes around the bay are known for their views over the sea and the islands offshore.
Many of Gündoğan's houses and complexes sit on the hillsides above the bay, along narrow roads that can look alike. When booking, please enter the complex or house name, the door number and, if possible, the neighbourhood. If your host has shared a location or directions, adding them to the notes helps your driver reach the right door.
